The Lake of Powell: Antelope Point

My singing group (The Kaye Starr Singers) were invited down to AZ to perform some of our programs as a missionary effort in Page. We decided to go a few days early to get some play time in. Kent Peterson (in our group) was gracious enough to share his beautiful house boat and "toys" with us. We had an amazing to say the least! We played, played, and played!

Setting sail (Mom, Ellie 9, Dallin 13)

The Serengetti: A beautiful 4 level boat. It was enormous!

Top deck. Ridin smoothly!

The main kitchen on the boat. (Linda & Ellie)

Way too much fun..

Ellie & Nick flying on the Sea Doo. Ahh!

Lookin' like a few wind blown/sun beaten'/drown rats...we were..but it was totally worth it. :)

Rainbow Bridge

Some of the KSS gang and families (less than half of the group)

So freakin' pretty! Pics do not do it justice.

Check out that back ground. (Nick & Sydney)

Dall, Ell & Steve trying to keep up with the boat in seriously choppy water. haha! Fail!

Boating

The back of the house boat. There was a platform and a slide to go off of. We definitely utilized these both to the max morning, mid-day and eve! (Another pretty background)

Jumping off

Wahoooooooo! I loved that slide.

Night swimming. We washed our hair in the lake at night. Counter productive? I think not!

Dall head first

Playing on the beach..building Rainbow Bridge. Work of art!

Mud bath

Glen Canyon Dam

Cousins skipping to Prom

Driving in the car on our way home. This is one of probably 40 pics that we took being goofy haha.

We weren't ready to come home, but we had such an amazing time with everyone in this beautiful place. You'd think with such a big group (40 atleast) we would get on each others nerves, but we just had a blast. I'm so glad Ellie, Dallin and my mom got to come with us. I have the coolest nieces and nephews out there. Thanks Kent for all the fun!
