Theme Parked Out!

I just returned home from quite an adventurous week in Cali California. My traveling companions consisted of my brother Brady, nephew Preston (15) and niece Nicole a.k.a. Beebee (15).
Day 1: We arrived Monday evening and got checked into our hotel and such delights. Day 2: We headed over to Universal Studios and which I had never been to. It was such a awesome place. Who knew there were hundreds of movies filmed there (Desperate housewives was being filmed while we were there). My favorite ride there was definitely The Mummy! It was fantastic!! Day 3: We rolled out to 6 Flags my all time favorite theme park. The best thing about that day was that there were no lines at all! It was great we rode every ride over and over. It made me feel so young again because I didn't even get a hint of nausea from those twirls and loops. haha It was such a thrill. Some of those rides are suicidal looking but we those were the best ones. My favorite ride of the day was Goliath Yikes! Well day four we hit up Disney Land (my least favorite park) but I actually had a great time! I've become more of a fan of the ol' happiest place on earth. My favorite ride there was Space Mountain for sure and splash mt was great too. By the end of this day we were all beat and Nicole and Preston woke up all night vomiting profusely. Preston got feeling better around noon but Beebee slept all day without budging. So we just hung around all day and relaxed. Then around 4pm we left Beebs to sleep and the three of us went to dinner and shopping at one of the local malls. It was quite a treat for me and nice to just have a chill day. Well Saturday day 6 came and we headed over to California Adventures which I had never been to and it was a really cool place. My favorite ride was the Tower of Terror it was seriously the best! Everyone must enter the haunted tower. muhaahahaha!

We had delightful time. I was pretty theme parked out by the end of that last day. I had blisters on my feet cause I had taken my socks off to prevent soggy wet shoes all day from the wet Grizzly ride and it was clearly a mistake. But I'm recovering well and can't wait for my next adventure. :)
